The annual Collage Makers Summit is open for registration on Monday 3 March and I'm one of fourteen artist/educators that are part of this event, each of us pre-recorded a lesson with collage as main technique. The photos above are a sneak preview from the lesson I’ll be sharing.

House of Hope

Little Houses, Big Ideas
Last weekend I did a live, hour long creative playtime demo, my first on Substack Live. It was titled Little Houses, Big Ideas and it's a demonstration of collage techniques.
The lesson was started with a simple house shape, with painted paper and magazine cutouts as source. A variety of possibilities and options were explored with colour and line work added.
Collaging is an ideal catalyst for creativity and a kickstart for getting out of a creative slump or in need of some motivation.
