In this video I demonstrate how to use B shapes to create two different floral artworks using aquarelle pencils. You’ll learn how to use the pencils to create texture, blend and layer colours.

There are two projects in this lesson. The first project is about repeating a floral design in a structured way, building on the sketchbook drawings from the first B is for Bloom lesson shared on Saturday. In the second project you will learn how to use the B shapes of the paper stencil in an artwork of a single flower, inspired by a peony.
